- Outline: Decide on the next unit of work
- Goal: Prioritize the roadmap and select the next Epic
- Duration: 30 minutes.
- Frequency: Before starting a new Epic.
How-to
- Open the Epic Selection Document.
- Present the Epics and briefly discuss what each one is about
- Look for dependencies that would prevent an Epic to be started
- Take into account how much effort would it take to deliver each one
- Select the next logical Epic to work on
- Start preparing an Epic Design Document
