If you have any concerns, complaints or other feedback, we encourage you to let us know.
Catalpa upholds the principles of integrity, accountability, and transparency as integral to all of our practices. Your feedback is valued to help us to do better.
You can either raise your complaint or feedback informally with the relevant Catalpa staff member, or if you do not feel safe doing so or you are not satisfied with the outcome of the informal feedback, you can make a formal complaint in two ways:
- Directly to the Chief Operating Officer / Safeguarding Focal Point Brian Francisco on brian@catalpa.io , or
- through our third party reporting mechanism Stopline: https://catalpa.stoplinereport.com/
If you have a concern regarding child safeguarding or other serious misconduct such as fraud, sexual exploitation, abuse and/or harassment, we encourage you to report formally immediately.
These reporting mechanisms are available for use by anyone we serve, as well as our own employees, clients, contractors, supplies and those who encounter us. We are committed to responding to any complaints in a timely manner and our team will respond to you as soon as possible.
